ORCA PROTOCOL

Operational Relay & Contingency Architecture

Real-time asymmetric strategy. Defend a clandestine network of hidden sites across the US — or infiltrate and dismantle it from the shadows.

SITUATION BRIEFING

THE NETWORK

A sprawling covert infrastructure of autonomous relay sites hidden across the continental United States. Seed points in storm drains. Ember nodes behind gas station walls. Forward relays in decommissioned fire towers. Spine hubs buried under strip malls. And at the center — the Cerebrum Cores that hold it all together.

75 nodes. 5 security levels. One operator.

THE THREAT

Even without an attacker, the network is dying. Power sources degrade. Sensors drift. Patches go stale. Entropy is the baseline enemy, and it never stops. When an adversary enters the picture, they hide in that noise — invisible until it's too late.

The challenge is cognitive overload, not resource scarcity.

OPERATOR

You are an ex-Delta Force operative managing a clandestine network. Your tools are a command-line terminal, a real-time map, and an AI assistant named ORCA. Your job is to keep the network alive while entropy and attackers work to tear it apart.

  • 39 military-procedural commands across 3 access tiers
  • ORCA AI auto-defense while you're offline
  • Honeypots, decoy data, network restructuring
  • Win by surviving — uptime, attacks repelled, integrity over time

ATTACKER

You start with a rumor and a geographic region. No map. No names. Just encrypted transmissions loosely geolocated to areas of interest. Discover the network, compromise it from the inside, and reach the Cerebrum Core before they find you.

  • 11 tools in a prerequisite progression tree
  • Fog of war — you only see what you've confirmed
  • Stealth is mechanical, not narrative
  • Win by executing emergency-shutdown on a Level 5 node

NODE HIERARCHY

ARC-1 — Seed Point Dead drops, supply caches, lone sensors. Offline.
ARC-2 — Ember Node Cameras, environmental sensors. One-way ORCA telemetry.
ARC-3 — Forward Node Relay hubs. Limited CLI access. 20 commands.
ARC-4 — Spine Node Regional ops. Honeypots, cross-node analysis, remote command.
ARC-5 — Cerebrum Core Full ORCA authority. God-mode terminal. The crown jewel.
